I only used this mod once so I’m really not an expert at this, you can experiment with it if you want and maybe you can even fix the neck issue.
I forgot to mention that the feet will appear detached to the body(legs) too but that can be easily fixed by making your male sim wear female shoes. (This precious boy is named Shou Nen-Ai btw, he is my friend enmitygoddess’s sim.) Look at how the neck is not aligned to the body. This male sim was originally muscular thus the huge leg mushuls. And also the biggest downfall of this mod is that the neck is detached from the body so you have a use a turtle neck cloth or make him wear a scarf to hide the floating neck. NOTES: If you did make your male sim wear female clothing his body will become female too (the shape) but his skin will still be male, so if your male sim was very muscular and you made him put on a female clothing he’d have a female body with the boobies plus a veeeeery muscular body, no cleavage though because the skin will still be that of a male sim. click on that :MenuName and make sure your value is TRUE so that you can make your male sims wear female clothes and shoes and everything. the next photos will be self explanatory so I wouldn’t point out what to do there or I’d be branded as captain obvious XDģ. Yes he is male, he has dongs, and it was really weird when he starts talking because his voice was very manly but he looked so feminine, I had to crack up everytime he talks. Because simplicityrule asked me how I made my male sim (Ruka) wear female clothes.
